About Me

I bring a rich and rewarding teaching experience that spans across various educational levels and learning environments. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve academic success and build confidence in their abilities. I have taught chemistry for 35 yeras, both in classroom settings and through one-on-one or small group instruction. My experience includes working with secondary/higher education students, as well as preparing learners for standardized tests, board exams, and skill-based learning. I’ve consistently helped students reach their academic goals through personalized attention and structured guidance. My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to individual learning styles. I believe in creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and active participation. I combine traditional techniques with modern tools—such as visual aids, storytelling, technology integration, and hands-on activities—to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

Carrying 35 years of experience in the field of Education, both in day school and residential school environments, my aim is to fuel the curiosity of a young mind and engage students at all levels by enhancing their social experiences and encouraging collaborative lessons and learning. With experience and expertise in academics, management, organization, student counselling & pastoral care, I aim to educate and empower young minds to face the challenges of today’s world. In my 10 years as the Head of the Department of Science, I took the initiative to start the Science journal, Robotics club, and also helped the institution in setting up the Science-park. My mission is to foster the spirit of camaraderie, inculcate curiosity, and instill passion for learning.

My vision is not to limit education to textbooks, but to be driven by the spirit of exploring and experimenting. My areas of interest and proficiency include Philosophy, scientific journalism, and music appreciation.
